John Deere has introduced an all new line-up of heavy-duty loaders that are a match-fit for a wide horsepower range of new and older model John Deere tractors.
The new H Series Loaders, which replace the previous loader models, feature more cast-steel connecting points, improved visibility, and other integrated components to make installation and removal easier.
The new H Series Loaders are compatible with many John Deere tractor models and have different levelling options, non-self levelling (NSL*) or mechanical self-levelling (MSL), depending on customer needs and legal/safety requirements.
According to Henry Sink III, John Deere product manager for loader marketing, more cast-steel components have been integrated into the high-stress, high-load areas of the loader to help them handle big jobs with ease and greatly extend the working life of the equipment.
“All major boom pin connection points are cast-steel for better pin alignment and reduced load stress which is an improvement over traditional bushing-type joints,” Sink says. “We’ve also designed the H Series with a lower torque tube and concealed oil lines within the loader boom to give it a cleaner look, improve over-the-hood visibility for the operator and reduce the potential for damage to oil lines during use.”
In addition, John Deere has added integrated parking stands and pins into the loader which, combined with a single-point hydraulic connection system, allows the loader to be quickly removed or reinstalled with virtually no oil loss. To give customers access to a wide variety of John Deere loader attachments, the company uses a common global carrier that standardises equipment compatibility worldwide.
“These are the most rugged, durable and versatile loaders on the market today,” says Sink. “They are engineered to fit a wide variety of John Deere tractors quickly and easily and provide years of trouble-free operation.”
